As part of our ongoing preparations for the emailing of pay statements, we have been taking a close look at the email addresses we have on file.  We want to take any and all reasonable steps to ensure that we are using people’s current email addresses.  As such, we will be communicating with all hourly employees asking them to take a look at the email address they have in Workday, either by logging into Workday or through with their HRBP over the next couple of weeks.  As an further step to ensure accuracy, any updated email address entered into Workday by an HRBP will be double checked through peer review among the HRBP’s.
